Safely and efficiently conduct sUAS missions across the US.
Master new sUAS, sensors, and software.
Review all internal flight requests to ensure all flights comply with FAA regulations, internal policies, and client standards.
Provide flight and sensor training to all new pilots.
Provide recurrent training and annual check-offs.
Document process and procedures.
Maintain productive working relationships with all clients and associates.
Ensure proper maintenance and upkeep of all equipment and vehicles in the Remote Sensing fleet.

Required Experience
200+ verifiable hours of commercial flight systems experience.
3+ years experience with professional level sUAS systems and project support.5-8 years in remote sensing technologies.
Advanced photography knowledge
Traditional photogrammetric understanding/experience
LiDAR and or general remote sensing understanding/experience
An associate degree in UAS, Aviation, Surveying, Engineering Technology, or related area of study
ASPRS Certification or other industry-recognized certifications
Large airframe experience, preferably hybrid fuel systems.
Willingness to support flight crews and be on call 7 days a week.
Thorough understanding of system integration to troubleshoot.
