Job Description

What You'll Do:
Inspect & Impress: Conduct high-flying property inspections for both homes and commercial buildings in your assigned counties. Complete these inspections within 15-20 days, depending on the location—timeliness is key!
Engage & Interview:
Make a grand entrance when introducing yourself to the insured. Schedule appointments when needed (though exterior-only inspections often skip this step). Conduct brief interviews if the insured is available to chat.
Snap & Soar: Capture everything from ground-level photos to breathtaking aerial shots of the property, including houses, roofs, outbuildings, and any potential hazards or issues.
Sketch & Submit:

Minimum Requirements

LAANC Savvy: Proficiency with LAANC platforms like AIRMAP or Kittyhawk for airspace authorization and management.
FAA Certified: An active FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate is a must.
