Job Description

Responsibilities
Flight Operations:
Conduct autonomous drone flights using advanced flight control software and hardware systems.
Monitor and control drone missions in real-time from the Control Center.
Ensure all flights are conducted in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Perform pre-flight and post-flight checks, including battery management, system diagnostics, and data logging.
Mission Planning:
Develop and execute detailed flight plans based on mission objectives.
Analyze environmental conditions and terrain to optimize flight routes.

Minimum Requirements

Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred
Licensed FAA Part 107 drone operator
At least 1-2 years of proven experience in drone operation, aviation, or remote-control systems is highly desirable
Must be willing to work in rotating shifts and be on-call during weekends as needed
Successfully work both independently and as part of a high-performance team.Familiarity with GIS software and data integration.
Great customer-facing skills.
Strong communication skills – written, verbal, and presentation.Self-motivated, self-starter, energetic, assertive.
Ability to work independently and make quick decisions in high-pressure situations
Ability to maintain focus and attention to detail while monitoring screens and systems for extended periods during the entire shift
