Essential Duties
Perform systematic analysis that helps to identify drone program and employment needs and areas for growth and improvement.
Maintain contracts for training, schedule classes, schedule instructors.
Complete registration sheets and maintain rosters for classes.
Ensure equipment is available for classes and in proper functioning order.
Teach assigned drone classes using a variety of instructional methods to achieve student learning according to expected outcomes.
Appropriately teach or present information, ideas, and skills in ways that accommodate different learning styles of a diverse student population.
Ensure that all necessary documentation is kept current and delivered in a timely manner.

Minimum Requirements
Required educational background:
High School Graduate;
Excellent electronic and mechanical skills
Hold a Federal Aviation Administration Remote Pilot Certificate also known as the Part 107 license
Progressive industry experience in Unmanned Aerial Systems
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Commitment to community college philosophy and student success
Knowledge of flight controls, aerodynamics, the National Airspace System (NAS), aviation weather, aviation safety, ethical airmanship, FAA Registration, and community-based safety guidelines.
