Duties/Responsibilities:
Maintain student training records in accordance with 14 CFR Part 141 and policies.
Organize, facilitate, coordinate, communicate, and lead all training functions for the CFI Initial course, including ground training, flight training, SIM training, and assessments
Instruct in group settings and 1:1 settings
Maintain training standard as set forth by FAA regulations United Aviate policies.Ensure that course standards training requirements and objectives are met by all assigned students as required by the Training Course Outline.
Report on student progress and accurately maintains and updates all appropriate records.
Recommend and develop curriculum and courseware improvements when appropriate.
Maintain a safe, caring, dependable and efficient culture with students, fellow instructors, and staff.
Perform other related duties and assignments as required.
Must be able to communicate scheduling needs effectively.

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
24 months as a CFI Instructor
FAA CFI (current)
FAA CFII (current)
Meet the minimum requirements of FAR Part 61.195(h)(1) and FAR Part61.195(h)(2) or FAR Part 61.195(h)(3)
Current, valid FAA First Class Medical Certificate
Current pass rate of 80% or higher on students’ practical tests
Excellent oral and written communication skills

Education
Bachelor’s degree Preferred (i.e., Aviation or Business Administration)
