Operate the Q400 in accordance with the regulations and standards set out by Transport Canada, the manufacturer
Ensure crew members comply with the safety regulations and company requirements during all phases of flight
Lead by example with honesty, integrity and ensure effective communication among the crew and our guests
Ability to work within a dynamic team environment and liaise with the Operations Control Centre

Transport Canada Airline Transport Pilot Licence (ATPL)
2000 hours total time (fixed-wing aircraft)
250 hours fixed-wing pilot-in-command time
500 flight hours under CARs 705, or equivalent*
Valid Transport Canada Group 1 Instrument Rating and Class 1 Medical Certificate
Legally entitled to work in Canada (must hold Canadian Citizenship, Permanent Residency or open work permit with PR application in process)
Primary residence must be in Canada and eligible to obtain and maintain provincial health care
All required visas or travel documents allowing for unrestricted travel
Clear police background and criminal record check
Oral and written proficiency in English
