Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesReports to the Director of Operations.
Supervises flight crew personnel.
Assists the Director of Operations in formulating operations policies, coordinates those policies, and coordinates operations and training.
Prepares and maintains proficiency records, pilot files, flight schedules, duty time records, reports, and correspondence pertaining to flight operations activities.
Ensures that all flight crew personnel are certified and supervised according to the requirements specified in the Federal Aviation Regulations.
Knowledge of general aviation aircraft and their service requirements and the needs of crews and passengers
Train incoming pilots to properly perform their functions
Demonstrate a strong commitment to safety.
Conduct flights in compliance with FAA Part 135 and 91 Regulations.
Effectively collaborate and communicate with team and support staff to complete each mission collaboratively, safely, and professionally.
Maintain the knowledge and expertise to be a safe and proficient pilot.
Collaborate and plan aircraft movements with flight crews to endure all airspace, airport restrictions, noise abatement procedures, and NOTAMS are complied with.
Provide detailed pre/post flight briefings, complete all trip-related duties and paperwork to facilitate proper invoicing and record keeping.
Be a brand ambassador. Always maintain personal integrity and an excellent reputation.
Oversees and assists Charter Sales Specialist in aircraft handling/guest services, international services, or other services as needed.
Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies.

Qualifications
· 5,000 - hours Total Time
· 1,500 – hours Turbine PIC
· 1,000 – hours type (Preferred)
· Recent Part 135 experience
· Must meet the experience requirements of FAR 119.71 (Required)
· Hold and maintain an FAA First Class Medical
· Hold an Airport Transport Pilot (ATP) Rating
· Hold a type rating in Phenom 300 (Required)
· No recorded accidents, incidents, or violations
· International experience a plus
