As an instructor, you play a key role in pilot training – with your knowledge and experience, you'll ensure top quality and maximum safety.
Your mission includes the following tasks:
Instruction for Type Rating Training for our main customer and other customers
Independent, competence- and participant-centered implementation of training with high commitment
Coordination of training according to EASA guidelines and customer requirements

Minimum Requirements

Requirements
Teaching flying – conveying safety, sharing knowledge, and shaping pilots! You're the right person for us if you have the following:
You hold or have held an ATPL license from an EASA country
Valid Airbus A320 Type Rating (or expired within the last three years) and in possession of an SFI authorization (or higher) for Airbus A320
Fluent in German and English (ICAO Level 4)
You are able to be available at least five days a month (three effective working days)
Flexibility, coupled with independence and creativity
Strong sense of responsibility as well as intercultural skills and a strong customer focus
