Job Description

The Part-time Flight Lab Instructor is responsible to the Program Director/ Chief Pilot for performing duties assigned.
As a certified pilot, the Part-time Flight Lab Instructor Pilot is required to pilot the aircraft in accordance with all applicable FAA regulations.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to:- Serve as Pilot in Command and Instructor Pilot of Robinson R44 and Guimbal G2 Cabri helicopters;
- Duties will be performed at Clarksville Regional Airport (KCKV). Occasional travel may be involved (ferry flights);
- Performs other duties as required to include, but not limited to responsibilities in support of the following:
- Conducting flight training to include Flight Training Device (FTD) instruction;

Minimum Requirements

MINIMUM Required Experience:
- 500 hours logged total pilot time;
- 50 hours as an instructor;Preferred Minimum Experience:
- 1000 hours logged total pilot time;
- 500 hours as an instructor to include 100 hours of instrument instruction;
- Experience conducting primary through advanced flight training for student pilots;
- Experience in both R44 and Guimbal G2 Cabri;
- 50 hours in the Robinson family of helicopters;
