Minimum Requirements

Requirements
Educational Background: Completion of 12th grade or equivalent education.
Flight Experience: Minimum 500 hours total time on CS25 aircraft or equivalent (MTOW over 10 tons or seating capacity of more than 19 passengers).
Licenses and Certifications: EASA Licence and Class 1 Medical certification are mandatory.
English Proficiency: ELP Level 4 or higher.
Skills: Strong communication skills and proven proficiency in Crew Resource Management (CRM).
