This full-time hands-on role reports to the Head of Flying Operations (HOO) and is ideally suited to an agile individual who loves travelling, thrives on change and has a proactive can-do attitude. The successful candidate will be a team player with a professional outlook and attitude, and must reside within 2 hours of a major Australian city.
Timely execution of aerial survey missions.
Active monitoring of weather and other factors or conditions that ensure safe, efficient flights.
Precision capture and delivery of quality imagery.
Navigating congested airspace and air traffic coordination.
Inspection and monitoring of aircraft, powerplant, systems and equipment.
Organisation, neatness, and cleanliness of aircraft and equipment.
Frequent communications with stakeholders and daily submission of reports.
Maintain aircraft performance within the capture systems operational envelope.
Comply with all the applicable requirements in the aviation regulations and in the Company’s Operations Manual.

Multi-Engine Instrument Rating Aeroplane
Class 1 Aviation Medical
Experience in Primary control zones (Class D and C)
Previous Survey or special mission operations
Meet the following minimum experience:
Total flight hours – 2500
Total Command hours - 1500
Multi-Engine PIC/PICUS – 500
Total command on ME-Class < 5700kg - 100
