ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Specific tasks to be performed by the King Air Instructor Pilot include but are not limited to the following:
Provide flight training and checking in C90 GTi King Air turboprop aircraft.
Conduct pre-flight and post-flight briefings covering essential topics such as weather, route of flight, departure procedures, normal/emergency procedures, and tasks to be accomplished.
Maintain a thorough knowledge of the aircraft systems, avionics, normal, and emergency procedures.
Conduct all assigned instructional activities with an emphasis on safety, in accordance with our Safety Management System program.As Pilot-in-Command, apply the principles of Crew Resource Management.Utilize teamwork, multitasking, task prioritization, effective communication, and time management skills.
Complete flight-related forms as necessary.

Flight Time and Certification Requirements:
Minimum of 3000 hours total flight time
Minimum of 500 hours total PIC time
Minimum of 200 hours MEL PIC time
Minimum of 500 hours multi-engine instructor
Minimum of 100 hours turboprop instructor time
Valid Certified Flight Instructor (CFI), Multi-Engine Flight Instructor (MEI), and Certified Flight Instructor Instrument (CFII) required.
All instructors must maintain at least a second-class medical certificate
Experience with ProLine 21 avionics preferred.
