Job Description

B350/KA350 Simulator Pilot Instructor, will be responsible to the Manager, Training Capability for the preparation, delivery, assessment, maintenance and evaluation of training and assessment materials and operational requirements of the training devices supported.
This role will be located in Sale, Victoria.
Conduct flight crew training events for customer pilots during the ground and full flight simulator phase of training at local and remote sites
Conduct comprehensive briefings and debriefings to ensure that the customer pilot is aware of expected and actual performance
Coordinate with simulator maintenance technicians to report identified simulator problems or malfunctions
Complete all initial and recurrent training activities required to establish and maintain licencing, qualification and instructor standardisation as required by the company and/or regulatory authorities

Minimum Requirements

Hold (or gain) a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 / TAE40122) or recognised equivalent experience
B350/1900 (KA350) type rating
Ability to obtain the company instructor approval and rating
Hold or have held an Instructor Rating or experience in Check and Training
