Duties and Responsibilities:
Act as Pilot in Command of Bell 412EP helicopter in Firefighting operations both day and night and other missions as required by the company
Conduct both air transport and aerial work operations such as Aerial Fire Suppression, Dispensing operations, External load, winching personnel, Intel, Surveillance & Reconnaissance (ISR), Search and Rescue and any other task specialist operations in support of Emergency Service Organizations both during day and night as required.
Be able to work on a roster away from home base for extended periods at a timeDevote time to group or self-study of aircraft systems, EP’s, etc. and be available for training and check-flights as required Australia.
Maintain written and computerized flight logs and records.
Ensure all flights, operations and other work follow CASA Regulations, Company Manuals, policies and client SOP’s and are achieved safely, effectively and efficiently.
Maintains self and helicopter in a constant state of readiness for dispatch to emergency and non-emergency operations; or to any other assigned locations as required by the company at short notice.

Minimum 3 year and 500 hours experience in remote area and unimproved landing area operations.
Minimum 3 year and 500 hours background in Part 138 Aerial work operations including firefighting and/ or external load operations
