Job Description

Hawk127 Simulator Flight Instructor based in Australia for a full time position.
Deliver simulator instruction to the students; specifically, instruction of tactical events
Conduct mission briefs and debriefs as appropriate.
Evaluate and document student performance and progress during training sessions.
Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of training material that supports syllabus delivery.
Complete all initial and recurrent training activities required to establish and maintain Simulator Instructor qualification in accordance with the company Standing Instructions. This is by means of a biennial simulator instructional assessment by the company as observer to a teaching event.

Minimum Requirements

Hold, or ability to gain, a Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment or recognised equivalent company instructional experience.
Hold, or have held, a Military QFI or OFI qualification.
Possess qualifications and experience necessary to be able to be authorised by the company as a competent Simulator Instructor.
Minimum 1000 hours on Hawk or similar fast jet aircraft.
Previous instructional experience for the Hawk 127, or similar fast jet aircraft
