The pilot position is part of the Flight Department team delivering outstanding customer service to employees on the company aircraft with strict adherence to FAA regulations, ICAO Guidelines, the company Flight Operations Manual (FOM), and the company Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
Responsible for the safe and efficient conduct of the flight assignment with the emphasis on safety, security, and quality. When assigned as the Pilot-in-Command (PIC), they will have final authority for the safe conduct of the flight.
Operate the company aircraft in accordance with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations, ICAO Guidelines, the Company Flight Operations Manual, and the Company Standard Operating Procedures.
Actively participate in the companies Safety Management System.
Accurate completion of all trip paperwork in accordance with current procedures.
Responsible for ensuring a thorough and complete understanding with the crew regarding all aspects of the flight.
Record all aircraft discrepancies as they occur on the aircraft discrepancy log and immediately report these discrepancies to the maintenance department.
Maintain a complete working knowledge of all aircraft systems to include all emergency systems and procedures associated with the aircraft.
Secure the aircraft after each flight to include arranging hangar storage if required.
Obtain the most current weather reports, forecasts and NOTAMS.
Conduct the required passenger safety briefings.

Must possess an Airline Transport Pilot Certificate
Maintain an FAA First Class Medical
Hold an Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit
Hold a valid U.S. Passport
3000 hours Total Fixed Wing
1500 hours Multi-Engine Pilot-in-Command
1000 hours Turbine
5 years of aviation experience (at a minimum 2 years business / corporate aviation preferred)
Must be able to work flexible schedules
Willing and able to travel worldwide extensively, without any restrictions
Must have a valid driver's license
Reside within 1 hour of the Oakland County International Airport (KPTK)Desired Qualifications
Gulfstream experience (Gulfstream G280 Type rating)
Ability to handle the job responsibilities with integrity, discretion, and sensitivity to confidential company and employee information
Able to communicate clearly and concisely, both in written and verbal formats
