Job Description

Flight Simulator Instructor - Ground Based Training System (GBTS) based in Canada for a full time position.
Provide simulator instruction on the Harvard II Flight Training Device (FTD) to the company student pilots in accordance with the applicable Company Training Plan and Canadian Forces Individual Training and Education System (CFITES).
Develop specific expertise in one of the many aviation related Academic subjects associated with the Company Pilot Training in order to create and deliver academic lectures in support of the Company training program.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of specific Aircraft Operating Instructions, applicable Standard Manoeuvre Manual and the Company Pilot training syllabi.

Military pilot background.
Knowledge of approved pilot instructional techniques.
Practical military pilot instructional experience
Flexibility in handling tasks and projects.
