Job Description

Administers FAA syllabus flight and ground instruction to university students;
performs check rides IAW FAA prescribed guidelines;
instructs ground school if required; administers FAA required ground tests;
schedules training, stage checks and check rides; performs FAST flights (faculty; staff transportation);
assists in promoting the department of aviation; develops new courses and syllabi; helps with preventive maintenance of fleet aircraft;
performs dispatching duties for daily flight ops.

Minimum Requirements

Job Requirements---Required Education:
High School diploma or GED OR an equivalent combination of education/job related experience.Skills:
Ability to work with flight students one-on-one and in a classroom setting.Certifications:
FAA Certified Flight Instructor License
Must have and maintain FAA Class II medical
Valid driver's license
