Minimum Requirements

Minimum of Commercial Pilots Licence, Unrestricted Instructor Rating and valid Instrument Rating
Completed a Flying Supervisors Course/ Flight Authorisers Course
Previous flying experience with a minimum B1 QFI/QHI category.
Proven leadership ability to lead a small diverse team
Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with staff and customers when required.
Excellent planning and organisation skills, to manage different taskings, priorities and deadlines.
