Job Description

The ideal job for a retired/separated military pilot looking to “step it down a notch” but still serve their country, or a civilian pilot tired of commutes, sitting around airports, crash pads, and living out of a suitcase. Offers a family-friendly lifestyle without all the hassle associated with a commercial airline.
Enjoy a high level of job security – no furloughs or layoffs in over 40 years of contract history.
Be home every night, off most weekends, and off every Federal Holiday, even for the newest First Officer and Captain.
No dropping to the bottom of the seniority list or having to redomicile every time you change equipment/position.
Rejuvenate with 4 to 6 weeks of Paid Time Off annually, augmented by carryover accumulation, and available on a “first come, first served” basis rather than seniority bid.
Relish the protections of a collective bargaining agreement with a fixed annual salary (no bidding schedule or chasing flight hours to get paid), twelve step pay scales for both Captains and FOs, built-in COLA, and a generous company direct contribution to your 401K. Pay starts on first day with company with just over $101K annually. No reduction during training.
Enjoy the perks of Las Vegas living. Warm weather, swimming pools and palm trees.
Commute not practical as work 4-5 days per week at KLAS.
No reciprocal agreements with any airline. No travel privileges. ... Continue Reading
