As a First Officer, you will:
Serve as second-in-command to the Captain and provide critical support in flight operations.
Support training activities, including assisting Flight Instructors during simulator sessions.
Execute duties outlined in our Operations Manuals and assist the Captain with flight management and decision-making.
Apply best practices in Non-Technical Skills (NTS) to ensure safety and efficiency.
Take full command of the aircraft in the rare event of Captain incapacitation.

To excel in this role, you will need:
A Type Rating on the B737 NG, with recent experience (within the last 5 years) including:
3,000 hours Total Time
2,000 hours on Multi-Pilot Aircraft (MPA)
1,000 hours on aircraft over 50 tonnes MTOW
