Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Safe and orderly conduct of the flight.
Compliance with all FARs, foreign counterparts when applicable, and Family policies and Regulations.
Review the trip itinerary to ensure all aspects of the trip have been setup and immediately notify Scheduler Dispatcher of discrepancies. (fuel & price info, passenger transportation, crew accommodations, etc.)
Comply with planning assignments and all tasks as assigned by the Pilot in Command.
Assist/conduct Aircraft Pre‐flights.
Complete and ensure all paperwork (to include BART data entry) are accomplished correctly.
This also includes timely and accurate accounting for company expenses & expense reporting.
Maintain and monitor recent flight experience to ensure currency.
Must attend and pass all assigned annual training to include recurrent Pilot training.
Be an active participant in the Aviation Department Safety Management system (SMS)

Minimum Requirements:
Must possess Commercial Pilot Certificate with appropriate category.
Maintain FAA Second Class Medical Certificate
Maintain Aircraft type qualification per FAR 61
Must be able to lift minimum of 50lbs.
Minimum ‐ 1,500 hours total Pilot time
Must be able to secure Airline Transport Pilot certificate with appropriate category during
Aircraft Initial Training Event
Must be able to secure / maintain Airport Security clearance requirements for the Norfolk
International Airport.
Must be able to obtain / possess a United States Passport.
Must obtain first class FAA medical certificate within 30 days prior to start of employment.
