Minimum Requirements

Valid Part-FCL CPL(A) with ATPL theory
Minimum LPE Level 4 (endorsed in the license)
Valid type rating on Cessna 525 CJ1/CJ2 or the ability to obtain one
Valid Part-MED Class 1 medical certificate
EU citizenship and/or unrestricted and unlimited work permit for Croatia
Valid passport with no restrictions
Valid driver’s license
Ability to pass a security background check
University degree desirable
Above-average flying abilities
Highly motivated
Flexible and well-balanced team player personality
Strong professional leadership qualities to perform as an accepted leader
Fluent in aviation English
Fluent in Croatian
Flight Experience required:
Minimum of 1500 flight hours
300 hours of PIC time in an environment
