Training Lead/Chief Pilot
Lead the company Deploymentteam of subject matter experts to determine the needs to transition program.
With prior Instructor experience review the pilot training needs to determine appropriate competency-based training content, objectives and design, in line with the company program.
Oversee activities in the company development, delivery and evaluation of competency-based training & assessment (CBTA).
Evaluates current airline training philosophy and support the company during their transition to the company program.
Gather data & provides detailed reports to support the company proposed development activities.
Evaluates accuracy and quality of airline training delivery. Presents proposals to customer. Consults with others regarding the company program.

Have or has held a commercial pilot license, preferably with prior Boeing aircraft experience. This is a non-flying role.
Ideally held a management position in an airline Flight Operations or Training Department for a minimum of 3 years.
Excellent understanding of pilot training program regulatory requirements
Understands the principles of the company program
Excellent presentation & communication skills
Demonstrable experience in leading a team remotely & independently.
Understands the principles of the company and applicability to pilot training.
Extensive pilot instructional background (TRI/TRE) (greater than 3 years)
Proven track record of successful delivery of complex projects across a variety of areas; ideally within the commercial airline training sector.
Understand project and program management principles and practices.
