Minimum Requirements

Qualifications:
Required:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Advanced degrees may be desirable.
FAA Commercial Pilot Certification with an instrument rating; Certified Flight Instructor Certification.
Experience Required:
5 years of relevant experience required. Aeronautical certificates and qualifications to satisfy FAR Part 141.35; extensive experience required by FAR Part 141 in piloting and flight instruction, knowledge of general aviation operations; qualifications necessary for FAA designated examiner (or demonstrated satisfactory progress toward certification) and FAA Chief Flight Instructor; FAA Commercial Pilot Certificate, Airplane Single & Multi-Engine Land ratings, Instrument rating; and FAA Flight Instructor Certificate, Instrument & Multi-Engine Ratings; demonstrated management skills required; demonstrated academic skills required
