Job Description

Seeking an experienced Chief Flight Instructor (CFI) to lead our Flight Training Organization (FTO) and uphold the highest standards of aviation instruction.
Represent the Head of Training in enacting instructor standardization policies.
Conduct spot checks and promote compliance and safety culture in collaboration with the Safety Action Group.
Align instructor development with the company policies and ensure adherence to the company standards.

Minimum Requirements

Hold a valid EASA & UK CAA ATPL license with associated ratings or certificates issued under Part-FCL.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualifications preferred.
Skills & Experience
Minimum flight hours as per EASA, UK, and the company requirements.
Extensive experience training for professional pilot licenses, including Multi-Crew Cooperation (MCC).
Certification as an EASA FCL FE or UK CAA FCL FE; other company approvals are a plus.
At least 3 years of experience managing instructor training at an Approved Training Organization (ATO).
Proven experience interacting with regulatory authorities and managing compliance in an aviation training environment.
