PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensures that all crew members are fit for flight.
Operates Company aircraft in compliance with all regulatory, company, and manufacturer requirements and limitations.
Participates in and enhances the Company’s Safety Management System program.
Possesses an understanding and working knowledge of scheduling software.
Ensures that flights are planned and conducted in accordance with all applicable parameters including safety, airport, airspace, ground support services, security, crew rest and duty time, weight and balance, handling services, airport curfews and aircraft operating limitations.
Understands and practices Crew Resource Management.
Maintains a high level of business aviation industry involvement and understanding.
Maintains strong communication and leadership skills with the ability and desire to motivate and mentor team members.

QUALIFICATIONS:
CL-605 rating or CL-600 experience is preferred.
Exceptional customer and executive management relations.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
First-Class Medical
Jet aircraft experience
Minimum of 1500 hours total time
Minimum of 500 hours in Turbine Aircraft
Valid driver’s license
Valid US passport
CANPASS Unrestricted travel to/from Canada
Proficiency in English language
