Essential Duties:
Develops and maintains the courseware required to support training curriculum segments and modules that they are authorized to teach.
Develops and maintains the courseware required to support the indoctrination training of all employees.
Plans and ensures adequate resources to meet the training requirements.
Maintains instructional performance standards.
Remains knowledgeable in the applicable requirements of 14 CFR Parts 61, 63, 65, 91, and 121.
Communicates effectively and always maintains a manner that reflects professionalism and a positive attitude toward safety.
Represents in industry and governmental associations on training.Conducts ground training in designated curriculum segments or modules of training.

Education/Experience/Skills:
Must have knowledge how to operate and use basic computer programs including Excel, Adobe, Word, etc.
Excellent communication skills.
High School Diploma (Bachelor’s Degree preferred).
Unrestricted Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate with airplane category and multiengine class ratings.
FAA Medical.
