Essential Position Functions:
Providing assistance to the Chief Pilot for direct supervision of all pilots regarding personnel management;
Assisting with pilot hiring;
Assisting with the employment status of flight crew, including attendance, disability, and all forms of leaves;
Assisting with communication to all flight crew;
Assisting with the promotion and maintenance of the flight operations culture;
Responsible for delay reporting follow-up and mitigation;
