Job Description

Duties:
Responsible for providing excellent customer service.
Oversees Flight Instructors by conducting stage checks, end-of-course checks, quarterly reviews.
Communicates with prospective students regarding flight programs and guides through the onboarding process.
Conducts both ground and flight instruction on airplane single engine land including the use of our simulator.
Provides a safe and effective training environment for all flight operations.
Evaluates student performance and ensures training records are in accordance with Part 141 requirements.
Contact customers to respond to inquiries.
Ability to work in a group or team setting.

Minimum Qualifications:
FAA Certified Flight Instructor and Instrument Instructor with a clean safety record.
