Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Responsible for planning and supervising instructor training and qualification process and maintaining instructor training records for instructors.
This includes both flight and ground instructors.
Maintain and implement the Academy Instructor Training and Standardization Manual and revise as necessary.
Conduct Stage Checks and other evaluations of students and instructors as required.
Develop and maintain program of training courses as required.
Conduct initial and annual standardization of the Academy’s instructors as required.
Chief Instructor duties as delegated by Chief Instructor.
Conducting flight training in accordance with FARs and course outline or contract training course, as appropriate.
Maintain currency in all new procedures and regulations.

Qualifications
Requirements:
Commercial Pilot Certificate and a valid Flight Instructor Certificate with appropriate ratings.
