Job Description

Job Duties:
40% - Assists as directed with all flight training activities. - (Essential)
30% - Monitors compliance with the Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs) in the training of students and the supervision of flight instructors. - (Essential)
10% - Providing leadership and guidance for flight instructors. - (Essential)
10% - Collects feedback to be used to review and update the flight training program and training materials. - (Essential)
5% - Assists as directed with scheduling and dispatch activities rlated to flight students, instructors, and aircraft for flight training. - (Essential)

Minimum Requirements

Minimum Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree is required.
Experience: Two years of directly related experience.
Licensure & Certifications: Certified Flight Instructor CFI, CFII and MEI - Requirements of FAR Part 141 for Assistant Chief Flight Instructor - Possesses and can maintain a 2nd class medical certificate
Preferred Qualifications:
