Conduct ground, systems integration and flight training; to include Crew Resource Management, Threat and Error Management and Competency Based Training and Assessment /Evidence Based Training courses, for flight crew transition, certification, cross-cockpit qualification, line-oriented simulation and recurrent courses and/or other training required by or responsible authorities.
Become proficient with all Training Center resources, e.g. software, classroom tools, written materials etc. as necessary to teach assigned courses.
Evaluate trainee(s) progress gaining the skills and knowledge during the assigned course. Make decisions on additional training, as necessary, for trainee(s) to achieve required competency. Timely and accurately document trainee progress files.
Continually review materials and information for updated information and procedures; to include but not limited to the FCTP, FITB, FCOM, QRH and email updates.
Review and recommend changes in courseware or course content to improve the overall effectiveness of instruction.
Maintain competency and qualification on version(s) assigned by the Director, Flight Training.

Education:
High School Graduated Required
BS/BA preferred
Experience:
3 Year minimum airline experience
Licensure/Certifications:
A320 Type Rating preferred.
FAA ATP or Commercial Instrument Rating Multi Engine with "Fly By Wire" aircraft type rating
5,000 hours as a pilot preferred; 4,000 required
A minimum of 1,500 hours in jet transport category aircraft
A minimum of 1,500 hours as pilot in command
Knowledge, Skills and Demonstrated Capabilities:
Communication Skills (Spoken, Written, Influencing, Proficiency in Other Languages):
Able to communicate effectively in fluent English to conduct instruction and briefings.
