The Pilot is directly responsible for the safe and efficient FAR part 91 operation of the aircraft for each assigned flight. The Pilot will comply with Federal Aviation Regulations, Flight Operations Manual (FOM) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) Manual policy and guidance.

Essential Functions:
Operates and influences effective and consistent productivity and teamwork to ensure the delivery of Legendary Customer Service (LCS)
Models, promotes, reinforces, and rewards the consistent use of the company Values Based Leadership (VBL) tools, models, and processes to ensure alignment with our Vision, Values, and Mission
Performs a visual pre-flight (walk-around) inspection prior to each flight and after each flight
Acts as a pilot in command (PIC) of flights for which the pilot has been scheduled
Assumes primary responsibility for the safety of the passengers, crew members, cargo, and the aircraft
Provides excellent customer service to passengers
Prepares flight plans considering factors such as altitude, terrain, weather, and navigational aids
Complies with all Federal Aviation Regulations, Company Operations Manual, Standard Operating Procedures, and Company Policies and Procedures
Maintains currency and efficiency on assigned aircraft
Performs work with a high degree of latitude
Works safely always and adheres to all applicable safety policies; complies with all company policies, procedures, and standards
Performs other duties as assigned

Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) license required
Current FAA First or Second-Class Medical Certificate required
Minimum 8 years’ experience in Aviation required
3000 hours Total Flight Time
1500 hours Pilot in Command
500 hours in King Airs
Knowledge of FAA rules and regulations
Strong oral and written communication skills; persuasive communication skills
Ability to build collaborative relationships
