Simulator Flying Instructor - Hawk 127 based in Williamtown, Australia for full time position.
Deliver simulator instruction to students; specifically, instruction of tactical events flown on the company.
Conduct mission briefs and debriefs as appropriate.
Evaluate and document student performance and progress during training sessions..
Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of training material that supports syllabus delivery. This involves the ability to use company suite of entity programming and mission/scenario development tools which will be taught over time.
Communicate with simulator maintenance technicians to report identified simulator unserviceability.
Complete all initial and recurrent training activities required to establish and maintain Simulator Instructor qualification in accordance with company Standing Instructions. This is by means of a biennial simulator instructional assessment by the company as observer to a teaching event.
Communication of any customer training problems and/or conflicts to the Hawk Lead Instructor.

Hold, or ability to gain, a Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment or recognised equivalent instructional experience.
Hold, or have held, a OFI qualification.
Possess qualifications and experience necessary to be able to be authorised by company , or delegate, as a competent Simulator Instructor.
Minimum 1000 hours on Hawk or similar fast jet aircraft.
Previous instructional experience for the Hawk 127, or similar fast jet aircraft
Experience as a flight simulator instructor will be highly regarded, but not essential.
