Essential Duties:
Represent the corporate goals and safety standards of Aircraft by promoting ’ flying culture through flying club instruction
Organize and teach private pilot, instrument, and commercial ground classes for employees in accordance with Aircraft policies and FAA regulations and procedures
Enhance flight safety by providing excellent, high quality, and standardized flight and ground instruction
Develop effective methods of safety communication, recordkeeping, ramp operations, and fleet management for flying club functions
Creatively adjust teaching methods to increase the value and effectiveness of each training opportunity. Work effectively with the entire spectrum of employees, from production technicians to senior staff
Maintain communication with students as required pre- and post- trainingEscalate customer and internal pilot issues to the Lead Flight Instructor
Assist with company standardization flights to ensure company pilots are operating within company standards
Provide flight and ground instruction per standards defined in policy and procedure documents.
Operate aircraft in accordance with applicable regulations and company policies.
Make timely and accurate decisions regarding safety of flight
Manage travel expenses in accordance with company policiesProvide excellent and professional customer service
Act as pilot in command of aircraft while performing corporate flight missions, ferry flights, internal training flights, and demonstration flights
Provide factory tours to customers during the delivery and training process
Process and maintain a deep level of aircraft knowledge and be a model aviator, flight instructor, and representative
Perform normal pre-flight and post flight inspections as well as clean, fuel, add oil and de-ice fluid, update chart subscriptions, etc.

Current FAA Flight Instructor Certificate
Airplane Single engine

Hold FAA Pilot Certificate

Current Second-class Airman Medical Certificate or higher
150 total instruction hours or graduated from a approved flight training school
