Detailed Description:
• Oversee all flight operations
• Provide leadership and guidance to all pilots
• Manage other pilot and part-time mechanic
• Maintain compliance with all FAA regulations and company policies
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve flight operations
• Make passengers feel safe and comfortable. Excellent customer service skills are a must!
• Effective communication with passengers, other pilots, and maintenance facilities
• Efficient scheduling of pilot training & MX
• Knowledge of FAR Part 91 Regulations
• Flight planning of trip when acting as Pilot in Command

Minimum Qualifications:
• Minimum 4000, hours total flight time with at least 500 hours Pilot in Command (PIC), 3000 hours Multi-Engine, 1500 hours Turbine, and 100 hours Instrument• ATP Rating
• Valid Passport with no restrictions
• Clean Pilot Record
• FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit
• Current First-Class Medical
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree
• Current G280 Type Rating
• Previous aviation leadership or management
• 250 hours in Type
