Attend morning devotions and participate in prayer support for the ministry, its donors and volunteers.
Schedule and direct members of aircraft flight crew, including ministry pilots and flight engineers, ensuring adherence to all policies and procedures, FAA and other government regulations, including the 14 CFR Part 125 General Operations Manual (GOM). Ensure all pilots and flight engineers are current and proficient by tracking aircraft flight hours and simulator training.Maintain expert knowledge of the aircraft, AOM, COM, QRH, government regulations, and other air transportation policies and procedures to ensure the highest level of readiness and professional skill as a pilot.
Conduct flights as a ministry pilot in accordance with FARs and policies and procedures per Aircraft Operating Manual to ensure safety of personnel and equipment on the ground and in-flight.
Communicate with Director of Operations to facilitate safe and successful completion of each flight.
Represent professionally at all times when dealing with business associates, officials, and stakeholders. Maintain service-oriented attitude toward stakeholders needs, comfort, and safety.
Maintain utmost confidentiality with regard to flight schedules and other proprietary information.

Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; and five (5) to ten (10) years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
12 credit hours of college-level Biblical Studies (required); if not already completed, opportunity to meet and complete requirement is available upon hire.This position requires the applicant hold a United States, Federal Aviation Administration, Airline Transport Pilot certificate with a Boeing 757/767 type rating.
Current FAA First Class Medical Certificate, US Passport and FCC Restricted Radio Permit required.
Minimum flight experience must include; 5,000 total flight hours with Boeing 757 flight experience preferred.
Large transport category type ratings as required along with extensive international/transoceanic experience.
Familiarity with FAA Certificate management, aviation business practices, and FAA and ICAO regulations required.
Comprehensive knowledge of Federal Aviation Administration 14 CFR Part 125 regulations.
Comprehensive knowledge of both Domestic and International Flight Operations.Strong ability to identify individual needs, provide feedback, coach, & develop pilots and flight engineers to FAA & ministry standards.
Highly effective communication and presentation skills.
Ability to think critically and make appropriate decisions.
Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects while working independently.
