Job Duties:
35% - Supervising all flight training activities.
20% - Ensuring compliance with the Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs) in the training of students and the supervision of flight instructors.
15% - Providing leadership and guidance for flight instructors.
15% - Reviewing and updating all aspects of the flight training program; ensuring training materials are current.
10% - Supervising the scheduling and dispatch activities related to flight students, instructors, and aircraft for flight training.

Minimum Qualifications
Education: Bachelor degree is required. Master's degree is preferred.
Experience: Three years of directly related experience and as required by FAR Part 141Chief Instructor qualifications.
Licensure & Certifications: Certifications:
- Certified Flight Instructor CFI, CFII and MEI;
- All requirements of FAR Part 141 for Chief Flight Instructor;
- Possesses and can maintained a 2nd class medical certificate;
