Maintain currency on assigned aircraft.Maintain knowledge base on equipment, and government regulations affecting flight operations.Ensure that you operate aircraft within SOP established in company manuals as well as adhering to all legal requirements that are relevant.Actively participate in the company's Safety Management System (SMS) to ensure Safety remains the highest priority.
When assigned a Captain role, supervise other pilots, or contract pilots as required while maintaining the highest level of morale and professionalism.

Coordinate with leadership with respect to scheduling time for training, vacation, etc.Have the ability and willingness to work irregular schedules as assigned.

Qualifications
Skills You Bring To this Role EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Requirements:
Commercial Pilot Certificate/Instrument Rating or Airline Transport Pilot Certificate (Multi-Engine)
Current First-Class FAA Medical Certificate or the ability to obtain one prior to start
Experience as a flight crewmember, with a working knowledge and practical experience of FAR Part 91 or FAR Part 135 operations
Minimum of 3,000 Total Fixed Wing Flight Hours
Minimum of 1,500 Multi-Engine Turbo Jet Flight Hours
Minimum of 1,000 Multi-Engine Turbo Jet PIC Flight Hours
Experience with corporate flight operations
Knowledge of Safety Management System Implementation
Bachelor's Degree required
Preferred:
5 years' experience as a Captain in a Corporate Flight Department
Previous leadership role in a Corporate Flight Department or the desire to develop into a leadership role
6,000 Hours Multi-Engine Turbo Jet Hours
3,000 Hours Multi-Engine Turbo Jet PIC Hours
International flight experience
Strong record of development and success in the Corporate Aviation FunctionType Rated on CE-750 or similar aircraft
