Job Description:
Responsible for the safe and efficient use of company aircraft.
Act as PIC/Co-Captain to Commercial/ATP standards.
Perform pre-flight and plan flight in relation to passengers, weather, plane, route, etc.
Conduct progressive checks throughout the flight and make changes when necessary.
Communicate clearly with crew members, air traffic control, senior leadership, passengers, and line personnel.
Respond appropriately to emergencies situations.
Report any issue or concerns that arises during the flight.
Help ensure compliance with safety procedures, SOPs, and adherence to FAA regulations.
Keep current on airplane/equipment manufacturers and government regulations affecting flight operations.
Maintain a superior level of operational knowledge of the aircraft.
Must have the ability and willingness to work irregular schedules as assigned.
Represent the company at all times in a professional manner.
Must be willing to help clean/maintain aircraft and hangar with the team.
