Part-FCL EASA ATPL Licence (or CPL/IFR with frozen ATPL)
Current Type Rating Boeing B737 or at least 2000 hours flying with an airline under EASA OPS
Valid Class 1 Medical EASA
Secondary school leaving qualification entitling to university access in the country it was issued and/or a recognized university diploma
ELP Level 4 or higher, ideally but not essential with command.
