Essential Functions
Prepare and teach at least 4 courses per semester in AV areas including: FAA Pilot Ground School classes, Intro to Aviation; Airline Management/Operations; Crew Resource Management; Aviation Safety, Air Traffic Control/National Airspace System, Air Transportation, Aviation Maintenance Management, Aerodynamics, Crew Resource Management, Aviation Safety, etc.Perform service to the school, college, and university.

Minimum Qualifications
Applicants must hold at least a master’s degree in aviation or another related field from an accredited institution.
At least three years of aviation industry experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Demonstrated ability to teach and develop aviation courses at the undergraduate level
Experience/interest in developing undergraduate and graduate level courses related to advanced air mobility, emerging technologies and applications in aviation, etc.
A background in Advanced Air Mobility
An FAA Commercial Pilot or ATP certificate
An FAA Airline Dispatcher certificate
FAA Type Ratings
Certified to teach an FAA Ground School
